Drips

We received our first Bosch refrigerator about a year ago. We had nothing but problems with the water spout dripping. We had numerous of repair people come to fix it; however, they were unable to fix it, so we ended up with a brand new Bosch refrigerator. It still constantly drips. It's absolutely horrible. There is always a puddle of water on are refrigerator and it constantly drips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

water dispenser slowed to a trickle. tried to get a replacement filter as our hometown water can be tough. Bosch recommended the wrong filter when I put the fridge model number in. The correct filter is shown to not be compatible with my fridge... waiting on the "non-compatible filter to come in now to see if it will solve the problem

Loyalty to Bosch becoming questionable

Purchase the Bosch refrigerator to complete the appliance suite with range and dishwasher. I wish I had listened to the reviews. We’ve had nothing but issues with the refrigerator from the beginning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator because of the features, quality and workmanship. There is ample storage and flexibility in the design. Would suggest a movable dividers in the freezer compartment to prevent items from shifting around..

So much space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love just everything about this fridge - from its design to its space. It's a much better lay-out than other fridges we've owned. I was pleasantly surprised at the depth & space of the freezer. Lots of room! The only drawback is that the ice maker is slow and doesn't crank out a bunch of ice. So, we keep a bag on hand in case we need a little more (we live in the desert so we use a lot of ice!).

Quiet operating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator as part of replacing my full set of kitchen appliances, and did so based on the recommendation of a friend who services them. The refrigerator operates very quietly. I like the freezer storage design best of all, for it's organization. The ice maker is a bit noisy when it drops the ice, and when using the crushed ice feature, but I realize that not much can be done to improve that. Overall, I'm very happy with my Bosch appliances.

Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First fridge had several problems half of which can be blamed on delivery company. Bosch replaced it no questions asked and the new one exceeds my expectations. I would buy again or recommend without hesitation.

We really like the fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we like the quite aspect of the fridge, the interior is a nice design, and the frezzer has lots of room. Auto assist door closer would be a nice feature this does not have.
