Device is lacking standard tv features such as HD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately this device is a little dated and most screens and TVs regardless of size are all HD. The picture is pretty cloudy and and not is crisp versus today’s TVs. Albeit it is compact in size it would be hard to compete against tablets and 2in1s where you can take them anywhere. I did test with a streaming hdmi device and it worked fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for my RV

Compact and multifunctional. Hooks right into my 12 volt system. Very happy with it, just can't figure out how to set the time on the TV part. This unit is really not for household use it's better for RV use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was the worst product I have ever purchased. Do Not Buy, no phone support. After 4 adults worked on this for hours over two days. Don't waste your time. I wish I would have read the reviews first

Can't Hook Up to Cable!!

My husband and I just wasted 1 1/2 hours trying to get a cable connection on this device. After following the instructions in the manual to Auto Search, the system takes you right back to the Menu Setup page. We called the cable company and they spent an hour trying to help us, during which we cycled through the Auto Search 3 more times. We called the Phone Support for iLive, and they told us to run the Auto Search again. When we explained that we'd done that 4 times, they insisted that we do again and call back if we still had problems. Of course, we do--still doesn't work. Bad product and worse support!!

I bought this unit a month ago and it is no longer working when I try to play DVDs on it. I am extremely disappointed, because it was not an inexpensive unti to purchase.

Don't Buy This!

Unit is not user friendly.
Front controls on unit are hard if not impossible to read in any light.
Unit is extremely limited in when it comes to its functions and operation.
Unit saves any and all channels even if they are blank, scrambled or have no service.
Once saved, unit does not allow used to delete a channel.
Users manual is an extremely limited, poorly printed, gray and white useless overview of the unit.
Cable connection is cheap and fell apart while attempting to attach cable.
