Failed to meet expectations

I bought this during Covid, Used less than 10 times and it does not respond to anything! Power light comes on but it is useless. What a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My expectations were set low when I purchased the item. I needed to have a replacement for my old clunky TV under the cabinet. Anything would have been better. So I thought. We could not get the TV to connect with my digital cable box or an air antenna. The FM radio would not pick up any stations. The DVD did play and had slow response with the menu. It did fit nicely under the cabinet. All I wanted was to have a working TV. Did not think the product could not live up to a very low bar I set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s backwards!

If you install the unit so you can reach the buttons, the screen is against the wall. Waste of money.

Volume Settings are wrong

I am pleased with the product except for one feature: when the volume is adjusted up or down one notch, it is either too loud or too low. The volume settings are not what they should be.
