Poor Quality

We bought the previous model 8 years ago and after multiple service call we got a replacement. Now we are having the same problems again. 3 refrigerators in 8 years - Terrible product!

Bigger than imagined.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always been a 2 fridge household. One in the garage for drinks. I thought being a counter depth unit, this would be the same. I am amazed how much it holds! Some drawbacks are the door sensors don't activate unless the door is open quite a bit. Some shelves will freeze the eggs. Be careful.

We are glad you are enjoying the storage space this unit offers, as well as its other nice features. You mentioned that your eggs freeze on certain shelves. Make sure eggs and any other food items are not covering the temperature sensors (located along the sides of the fresh food area) and airports. Placing food within an inch of these ports will cause the food to freeze. If your product still has food freezing in the fresh food compartment, increase the temperature setting 1 or 2 degrees. The door sensors on your unit should be able to sense the door is ajar regardless of how far open or closed it may be. If this continues to be an issue, please contact us directly so we can assist. ~Keyanna

Great size and look

Our refrigerator fits a lot of food and is very aesthetically pleasing on the inside and out. We have had to replace an expensive part as you would normally expect after owning a fridge for about 10 years, it was not keeping our food cold. My main concern is that the grey plastic that covers the top of the freezer door is cracking.

Horrible experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Electrolux appliances package 5 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. Had been very happy with the look, but then horror began. Dishwasher broken down (repaired 3 times). Microwave broken down. Refrigerator stopped making ice. Repaired. Stopped again. Ice maker unit replaced. Water dispenser is leaking. Then the ice maker broke again, damaging our flooring. Now we have to replace The refrigerator (thanks God we purchased extended warranty), but our option now is to get a different brand and screw up the whole kitchen look, or get the same model and wait for problems again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok but could be larger

The fridge was a part of the appliance package upgrade for our new home. It looks great, but there is no place where a magnet will attach. The interior is smaller than I am accustomed to having. The ice maker is very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
