Was difficult to set up, having to load drivers from on-line, however, almost 2 hours on phone with tech support go it fixed. Apparently, the problem was that the new version of Windows 11 was corrupting one or more of the printer drivers. Tech support was very helpful, probably the best tech support I have ever received from anywhere. Other problem is that the printer operations manual does not come in the box. That has to be downloaded from the HP store.
So far I am still trying to get it to print in color.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I honestly have no issue with the printer however it is a all-in-one printer and I have not yet tested some of the features. Support is part of all- in- one and it is lacking so far greatly. But I do like the size of the printer and I was unable to even try to set up the monthly ink. Lacking there also.
The positives are it is small and doesn't weigh a lot. The negatives are, it prints a little slow and you can't use it with wifi (without a usb cord) if you want to connect through a hotspot.
Very difficult to use the scanner. Control functions do not have directions as to which ones do what.
