Hi, Dortha.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has rendered prints so slowly. It’s easy to understand why that would be an unwelcome surprise with a new device. I want to help you make sure your printer performs reliably for any urgent printing needs. I hope the resources below guide you to that end.
First, I recommend that you follow a guide on our support site that covers improving print speed; it contains sections on Windows as well as Mac OS. Find that guide here: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2817150-2408088-16
Also, updating the firmware can often help improve print speed and other performance. You can find out how to do that here: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02919168
If print speed does not improve to your satisfaction, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
It doesn’t print double-sided and the printing speed is a bit slow. It doesn’t have screen too. However, it is handy, light, and is a great fit for a busy home or office desk. It can be a complementary to a heavy-duty printer.
As I start to use this new light small all-in-one printer I am impressed with what it can do, particularly on a direct connection basis. I continue to explore it’s capabilities.
Having a terrible time using this. Instructions are worthless. Am using it but not happy. Now ink cartridges needs replacing & I can’t figure out how to remove old & replace with the new!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
