After setup it doesn't continue to connect with wifi when turned off and then back on. Basically worthless so far unless it can be made to reconnect when turned back on.

Hi there.
I’m sorry that your printer has not re-established its connection to your Wi-Fi system when it’s turned back on. I can’t tell from your review whether the device need to be reconnected each time, or it has failed to regain the link at all. Regardless, I’ll suggest some resources that I hope will help you solve the problem.
First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues, including wireless connectivity. You can find that page here: - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
You can also find troubleshooting guides specific to your printer, including ones on connectivity, in addition to user manuals, how-to documents and software updates here: - support.hp.com/us-en/product/model/11262035
If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
This was to replace my old envoy copier/printer. It is good if you you are coping a full piece of paper but I copy manifests and they are a smaller size and tends to wiggle sometimes. Sometimes takes three or more tries to get my copy. Lots of wasted ink. I’ve ordered a different one. I don’t like this one.
Excellent quality in terms of both black and white and color prints. Somewhat slower than what I expected for color prints but for the size and cost quite acceptable. My only negative is that when one tries to copy a print there sometimes a black bar at the top of the print because the printer does not always pull correctly.
Since this HP Deskjet 3755 is exactly like the one I used for 4 years (which continually failed), this one is impossible to get to working--even with (finally) figuring out that the old one must be taken off. I have followed all directions at least 5 times, gone to HP SMART, gotten special directions for problems, on and on. I am at my wit's end and still don't have a working printerl
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Dan.
I’m sorry your printer has performed poorly. I can wholly understand why the inability to connect the device to Wi-Fi as well as frequent paper jams would be unwelcome surprises. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll suggest some resources aimed at making that happen.
I can’t tell from your review why the printer won’t connect wirelessly or what’s causing the paper jam errors. I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
