If your expectations are sensible this is a nice printer for price. The prints come out clean with no bleeding of lines. The colors are bright and images are fine for general use. I needed a local printer I could directly connect via USB to my work from home company computer and this fits my needs. I work in electrical engineering and need to regularly print out small details of drawings for review and this allows me to do that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the size and weight for business travel, and it prints slower than I want. Also, I do not like that the printer does not automatically print when away from home like my other HP printers do. It took A LOT (hours) of searching on my computer to find out how to print from my hotel room. Your website(s) are not customer friendly, looping me back to what I've already seen, etc. I will find out in my next hotel in four days if I will have the same problem. Not a happy nor satisfied customer.
