I can not get this printer to work with my computer. I also need a printer that I can scan to my computer and I can't figure this one out. I think it only scans to itself to make a copy. This is not the right printer for me.

I bought this printer for size and functions it is easy to use . I had a person help tie my computer and printer together I wanted wifi and got it. thanks
Overall, I am very happy with this little printer. The only problem is scanning a document. There is not a tray or anything to put the document on. The document has to be held by hand until it starts feeding into the slot. This requires holding the document steady/flat and aligned with your left hand while using the right hand to move to the scan icon to click it to begin scanning.
This printer is fine but the first one you sold me didn’t meet my expectations. The worst part was you couldn’t get me back to using my old printer so I was without any ability to print until the next new printer arrived. I’m not at all happy with your service.
