I have been happy with my HP purchases through the years. This purchase was a real turkey and it came around Thanksgiving time. I am returning it because it will not connect to anything. I does print out instructions for installations and even online help was worthless.

This all in one printer is exactly right for my home needs. I like the style and the functionality of the unit, it makes great prints and I like that I can use it anywhere in the room because it's wireless. I wasn't sure that I would like the Instant Ink program but once I looked at the cost of ink and considering how much I print on a monthly basis, the program is exactly what I need. Plus, if I need to change my ink package, there's no hassel, a couple of clicks and it's done!
