Just printed out 1 information sheet and then I got Error Code E3 (paper jam). This error could not be resolved no matter what I did, there is no paper stuck on the inside, inlet, or outlet trays. I powered it off and on again to clear the codes, but it did not help.

Regarding paper jam messages, sometimes these can be real or false, meaning the printer might report an error when there is no jammed paper. I recommend referencing the steps in this document to troubleshoot real as well as false paper jams:

If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. This little inexpensive printer is amazing. It’s perfect for the small amount of printing I need. It does print a little slow and I have problems printing from my phone but otherwise far worth more than the cost.

I just wish I'd checked out other brands of printers before I purchased the HP Deskjet 3755 - The inks are very expensive & when one color in the multi color cartridge is empty you have to replace the whole cartridge - I had a Brain Lapse when I made this purchase - It also took 28 days to receive the extra ink I ordered with the printer - No Excuse For This, Not Even A Pandemic!!!

It says to go online for the instillation. Can the online instilation be downloaded onto a cd?
