[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wish to use with usb connection to my computer - windows 10. when I wish to print, the appropriate designation shows (desklet 3000) and when I hit print, no result. If I turn off the printer (on/off button) and on again it will print with a delay of 3 minutes. This is not satisfactory - do you have a resolution for this?

Hi, Geoff.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer is not printing reliably. I can understand why repeatedly switching the printer off and on, then experiencing a delay, would quickly become untenable. With that in mind, I’ll offer some resources that I hope will help your overall experience.
I’m not sure what’s causing the problem you describe, so I suggest you look through troubleshooting guides for your printer by following the link below; you can also find user manuals, how-to guides, video tutorials and software updates; - support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8954253/model/11262035
If the problem persists, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents might be longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
This is a good product as it is small and compact, my only issue is the ink cartridge does not last long. I am now working from home as I am not allowed in my office building. I do not print often so I needed to purchase a printer to use for the next few months. I have already run out of ink and I turn the printer on 1 -2 times per week. It serves its purpose.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best I have ever had in a small package. Prints, copies and scans as well as my large all in one did.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would of been mice had I been able to operate your printer but it isnt even supported by your own company. Also would needed some ink but the ink was apparently shipped the next day seems ink needs 5 days shipping while a printer needs but 4. Let ya know if I like the actuall printer after I make some time to call your tech support to see if I can it to print.
I had high hopes for this printer, but it is slow and doesn't always work properly. It will print blank pages for no reason. It eats alot of ink too. Hard to set up the online app as well.

Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer is rendering prints slowly, and that it’s not performing reliably. I can understand why slow printing and occasional blank pages would quickly become frustrating, so I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.
First, I recommend you looking at these documents that cover improving print speed: - Windows: support.hp.com/us-en/document/bud03409 - Mac OS: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01928898
I also suggest you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues, including print quality issues. Visit that page (and look for the link labeled “Color or Black Ink Not Printing”) here: - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
If any problem persists, I recommend that you reach out to us so we can work through any necessary troubleshooting with you. On our site you can get help from a virtual agent, get troubleshooting documents specific to your printer or search our extensive knowledge library. Get in touch via this link: support.hp.com
