Worst Phone I have ever owned!

NEVER BUY THIS PHONE!
Not only is the an over priced phone it does not do what Samsung advertises! It is not durable. I have never broken a phone screen before this phone. I knocked it off a 3ft table and it broke. I tried to get the phone fixed, but the Authorized Samsung repair facility uBreakiFix will repair basically any phone in the world but this phone. Now I have a and over priced paper weight.
I will never buy another Samsung Phone!
Pros: holds down a stack of papers
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, breaks easily, no support

Had Samsungs Galaxys since S3 came out. From S5 to S8 Samsung created inferior products. Only S3 and S4 were really good phones. Just got my S8, dropped it in the water and got the bubbles, which means it wasn't factory sealed well. Of course, next day it dies. You just can't ADVERTISE that " it is water-resistant in up to 5 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. " when the phone brakes immediately once you drop it in the water. Same thing happened with S6 active, S7 Active. I was ready to make the move to iPhone but I wanted to give Samsung one more chance with the S8. Again, I was disappointed.
Cons: not waterproof at all
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it drops calls every couple of minutes in my 17 crv. Ridiculous. going to try and return.

I really enjoy having a phone that doesn't require a cheap case. Cases take away the looks of any phone.
I only wish I could remove the clock from the Lock Screen.

Longest lasting battery!

I've had this phone about 6 weeks and I love it! I'm getting almost 2 full days on a single charge plus it's fast too. O purchased a silicone skin for it as it's pretty slick to hold without it. I also added a screen protector (JIC). Only real downside is it's an expensive phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would recommend Samsung but not the s8 active. Literally one of the worst phones I've ever had. The swipe feature is trash. It was better on my galaxy s5 when the feature was brand new. The auto correct croects my real words to things that aren't even words. The Bixby feature is trash as Well. It's a cool concept but it doesn't work so it's not worth using it.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Buyers be aware on purchasing the s8 active. Nothing but problems and the run around with this one. Dropped calls. Caller can't hear you or you can't hear the caller. Cell provider not helpful either.
Cons: Poor quality
