A fantastic device it's easy to use and setup. The Samsung music player combined with the built in equalizer is a great feature.

Was great till update

I received my phone right after it came out loved it, hubby even liked it and got one fast forward we got a forced update now it is freezing up will not let us answer changed everything around and the app icons looks like they got them off a child's phone. They just did another update and haven't had a issue with freezing up but now my volume keeps turning off for phone calls and text messages. Now I hate it and will be going with a different brand of phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
