No Ear Buds, Seriously?

The phone seems to work ok so far. The smart switch program worked well moving info from my old blackberry phone to my s8 active. But you would think, as expensive as this phone was, it would have come with a set of ear buds like the regular s8 phones. I will have to use my old iPhone ear buds to advertise for Apple instead of Samsung. I miss my blackberry already.
Pros: smart switch worked pretty good
Cons: no ear buds not even a cheap pair., expensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I know the phone is not a edge phone and that's ok but i don't like the way they changed the front of the phone around.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Turns itself off

I've had this phone awhile never liked the fact there is no cover on the charging port it's a giant pain. I guess new update because the phone now turns itself off if it thinks there is a problem with the charging port like lent. Making it impossible to depend on this phone for any alarm or notification. Pretty much making the phone worthless because you can't depend on it to charge it's no longer reliable in any situation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Meh Smart Phones last 1 year tops before problems

the phone is adequate. i'm on my second now the first one got water damage and ceased to function. i have had a line through the screen that appeared about 6 months - 8 months after receiving this referbed phone and now it has major ghosting so i suppose it is time for a new one. planned obsolescence seems to be a theme of smart phones in general. when i talked to retailers about my issues and getting them fixed i was told that i should just replace it. this seems incredibly wasteful to me. this phone works fine and i would just like it fixed but it has been manufactured in such a way as to make that impossible.

I've had the phone a few weeks now, and uta not bad. A few things that are annoying you can't give people personal text tone notifications, taking a screen shot is annoying, and I kinda like the real buttons better then screen buttons. But the pictures are great n rhe battery is awesome
Pros: Bright display, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a Stronger Phone

Before I even made my first payment I accidentally bumped my phone off the coffee table on to the ceramic tile floor. The screen cracked (corner of screen). The damage would have been worse if I had not placed a transparent screen protector over the glass. Now I feel I better get a case for it. THAT WAS THE ENTIRE POINT OF BUYING THIS PHONE. Supposedly no case or screen protector would be needed. FALSE CLAIM. Also it is difficult taking screen shots with this model. No issue with my previous Galaxy S7. The image of the volume control appears in EVERY screenshot after numerous attempts. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Huge disappointment. I wish I kept my paid off S7.
