Broken twice in years

Nothing but problems. Do not buy. Replaced the igniter one year in and now it won’t hold a temperature

We bought our first home, my husband built the kitchen of my dreams, he let me choose my own appliances, and I chose Cafe. I have honestly had nothing but heartaches, tears with my stove, I love to cook, bake, but have had to replaces the ignitor more than once now, imagine our Thanksgiving dinner not being to use my oven, it was heartbreaking to have family over with no turkey. I purchased the extended warranty, I use to love my stove in my kitchen, I bought the fridge, the dishwasher all issues, but the stove in our home is the heart of the kitchen. If you love to cook at home for your family and friends as beautiful as this oven is Save your Tears and money please, now we can't afford to replace them now, and it kills to not be able to plan oven dinners, events at home, I just want my oven to work properly for the price we worked hard to pay.

Great the first 2 years

I used this oven and stove daily with heavy use for about two years. Starting at thanksgiving the oven if it or stopped working regularly. Overall I’m happy with it but we’ll have to replace the igniter in the oven.

A cooks dream.

I had high expectations from our new Cafe range and it has delivered. Not only is it beautiful, the burners work great and I’ve used every function. I just ordered the griddle and can’t wait for it to come in.

All GE appliances are horrible, never again

We have several GE appliances and two of them have already failed just after the year mark. I will never buy GE appliances again, they are costing me a fortune.

Save your money, buy cheaper

In the first year, we had a gas valve leak. Repair man came out under warranty and said it wasn't the oven and instead was a gas leak in the wall. Called a plumber that we had to pay for to investigate who said it was actually the oven. Oven man came bout out 2 more times before the issue was resolved. Now the bake igniter is out with 5 years of use. I thought paying more would buy me less repairs but it just hasn't been the case.
