Great but...

This range is beautiful and really makes a statement. I’m very happy with the knobs and timer control. The only draw back is that all the burners are the same size and can not accommodate a smaller pot/pan. I knew this going in and chose the range anyway; however, I’m just not sure why they would design it in this way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful Stove, hard to clean

I love the 36" Professional gas range, its beautiful, cooks evenly and is all over the performance for the past few weeks has been great. My only complaint is that the burners and burner caps are really hard to clean and seem to stain easily. I trying to find the best recommended cleaner to keep it from staining but so far no luck. Also wish you could get the custom hardware as just knobs and not the knows and handle bar, I would love the copper knobs if you could.

bought this product in fall of 2019... didn't move in and use until December.. June 2020 over trips breaker...Ge came out 3-4 times over the course of almost 2 months.. by the 3rd time they replaced ignitor and it was working... a little over 2 months later and same thing is happening again...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

burner size are a huge problem

We were so excited to receive our 36" black Cafe stove. It is beautiful in matte black and we love the look. However, the 6 large burners, all the same size, are a huge challenge to use. It is almost impossible to use a small pot and boil anything. To prevent the flames from licking the sides, it must be turned down enough that it is hard to bring water to a boil. A medium sized pot... again to bring to a boil the sides of the pot get very hot (cooking sauces to the side). Large pots take quite some time to boil water, and the centre does not come to a boil. Frying pans... the centre does not get nearly as hot as the outer area. It just does not heat up the centre of any pot/pans as it does the sides. I noticed that the new model has a Inspiral Burner and a multi-ring burner. Is there any way to change out our current rings with the new multi-sized rings?

The stove works as expected but sticks out way more than expected. Check measurements the stove without the handle sticks out significantly and more then a Jen Air which I would have bought if i had knows, Jen AIr also has a better warranty

Plenty of space

I was excited to read that I could bake several batches of cookies at the same time using the convection oven. However it didn’t go so well. The tops of the cookies looked great, but the bottoms weren’t done. I had to put the cookies back in oven one batch at a time to finish baking the bottoms.
I do love that the racks go in and out quite smoothly.
