Plenty of cooking surface for those holiday meals , the burners have true simmer features and the oven is very large and bakes evenly.

Awesome stove, large capacity!

I’ve had this stove for several weeks now, and I’m Very happy with my purchase. The stove top Has six large burners, and the oven capacity is very large. It reaches your desired temperature very quickly. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and with Highly recommend this stove

Wonderful range

The previous owners of our home had installed a Blue Star professional range, so when it stopped working we had to research 36-inch ranges to fit the space. We looked at some more inexpensive brands but none of them were even close to the quality of the Cafe range. The quality in craftsmanship is more like other ranges that cost thousands more, and we are so happy to have bought the Cafe.

Our oven was installed last week. We added the brushed black hardware. A friend came over & raved how it reminds her of professional kitchens in Europe.
