Looks great but not working

A grate was cracked in half when it was delivered. GE promptly replaced it. The small oven gave an F9 error and was not operable. The repair company came but they are not able to obtain the part needed. I’m waiting to call consumer relations for a resolution. Other than my issues, the range looks beautiful and I know I will love it once it’s working or replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I originally got the stove because of the color combination, black and copper. But the various features included make it the most functional appliance I’ve ever owned.
