Nice addition to pro range options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a stylish and sturdy addition to the pro range line. Six large cast iron burners can be inverted for round bottomed pans, and all parts can be removed and placed in the oven when the self-cleaning function is used. The racks glide smoothly and easily, and the customizeable knob and handle options are a nice touch. The rear vent is the only questionable design element. It is likely to trap spills as it it too close to the rear burners and cannot be easily removed.
