She's a Beast!

I absolutely love this range. However, cleaning is not as easy as it was on my old range. The grates are very well made and thus very heavy, which makes them cumbersome to move. The other feature I don't care for is the middle rack of the oven. I wish I could remove this, which would allow for taller items in the oven. If it wasn't for these two things, I'd give it a 5-Star rating.

I've had this range for a month now and so far it's working great. It's wonderful to have 6 burners and they have good power.
Word to the wise: run the oven for a couple hours at some point before you actually want to use it for the first time. Even if you have removed the plastic wrappings, the smell of burnt plastic will fill up your house so make sure to do this before you want the oven truly functional. For some reason that is not addressed in the manual, but when I googled it, this is apparently common for new ovens but I had no idea because this is my first new oven.

3rd stove is perfection!

I have lots of personal experience with high end appliances all of which lead me to the purchase of this amazing stove. I knew it would be great but it still blew me away in it's performance.
Love;
the individual grates
that all burners are the same size - no more favoritism leaving one burner more worn out than the others
The knobs - they are solid!
The oven is spot on and does not take a long time to cool down nor heat up!
Temperature control of the oven is so simple!
Timer is even more simple
The simmer is amazing- this was my deciding factor but it still blew me away!
The stovetop is easy to clean but I honestly can not comprehend why this stove insists on staying cleaner than any other I've owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pro range is very attractive! The sliding rack is a fantastic feature! I like the option to change the finish of the handles. The self cleaning feature is great, particularly the stove top grate. Having a proof option on the oven settings is a nice option. I LOVE the blue inside of the oven! Not sure if that adds any functionality, but it’s a fun feature. I really like the black matte finish.

Beautiful stove with 6 burners that flip over to hold a wok. I really love this stove & although I’ve only had it in for a month it seems to be working great.

How did I ever cook before the Cafe Pro range?

I can't say enough about how much I love this range. If you are debating between this and any other pro-style range, stop the research and buy the Café Pro. Not only is it beautiful, but the usability is exceptional. Every feature has clearly been considered and carefully designed for a busy home kitchen. Previously, I owned a high-end, name brand, pro range that I struggled to like. After 8 years of hating the uneven, slow-heating, noisy oven, I finally decided to replace it. Within the first use of the Café Pro, I knew I was in love. Here are some of my favorite details:
1. Continuous grate style has significantly more surface area than my previous range.
2. All six burners are the same size and go from simmer to extra-high for large pots.
3. This oven is QUIET even when using convection modes.
4. The oven vent is on the top/back of the range which makes so much sense with a vent hood. Most pro ranges vent out the front, directly into your kitchen.
5. Pre-heating is reasonably fast for a 36" oven. Heating to 350 degrees takes about 12 minutes. (My previous 36" oven took 45 min to heat to 350!!!)
