Beautiful Range

We are very happy with this product. It looks great in our new kitchen. It's a larger oven than we had before so it takes more time to pre-heat than a smaller oven. It looks and feels like a professional range.

Professional style range

We love this range because it works so well, has a spacious oven and 6 burners, comes with many features only available on much more expensive ranges, and the matte black finish is beautiful.

Been using less than a month and we LOVE it! Love the rolling oven racks, the 6 large burners are amazing for cooking multiple things at one time. LOVE LOVE LIVE the matte white color option. This stove was what I based my whole kitchen remodel off of!

For the most part I love this range. I have the GE Cafe 36" dual fuel with convection oven.
I was so thrilled with the look of this appliance when I first saw it it never crossed my mind that a smaller pan or my pour-over coffee kettle, for example, just doesn't work with the gas burners on the cooktop.

My only issue is that all the burners are the same size, so my smaller sauce pans get scorched on the outside edge of the pans by the large gas burner spread, rather than a nice simmer, as I would achieve with a smaller diameter burner.

Dear GE, is there any way to swap out one or two of the burners for a more varied flame spread?

Burners all BIG, need smaller burners

In general, the unit very good. I have one major annoyance that would prevent me from recommending this unit to anyone else.
Is there any way to swap out one or two of the burners on my Professional Dual Fuel Gas Range? All 6 are big. I need one or two for smaller pots and pans. This is really annoying
