Service problems

I bought this stove in January. Since then the auto light has stopped working on all 6 eyes. In addition 2 times the control knobs have gotten too hot to touch and you have to use a rag to touch them. I have gotten in touch with Cowboy Maloney's in Jackson on 4 different occasions about this. they told me they would get it scheduled for work. so far nobody has contacted. This has been at least 6 weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great purchase

Very even heat in the electric oven. Even makes great crispy crust pizza. My husband loves cooking on the cooktop. The 2 level burners are very good--nice to have a true low simmer feature. We are so pleased with this range. It is worth the price!

I love to cook and love the different options that the 6 burners give. I am so glad that I insisted to the granite counter top company to leave space for a 36" stove. Delighted every time I cook and so worth the wait. The dual fuel for the oven is THE BEST!. This Italian cook's dream stove.

Love this range so much. Six burners and the numerous oven settings are outstanding. The only disappointment was that the glass face plate to one of the interior oven lights cracked in half!
