Purchased 3 months ago. Wish that there was one burner that was smaller than the others. When using a small saucepan the heat coming out around it is almost dangerous. Otherwise I love it.

Beautiful Range

I’ve had this range for the past 8 months, and I’ve gotta say that we LOVE IT. The handles and knobs are more rose gold than a yellow gold (like it shows in the photos) but I honestly don’t mind because it’s just so beautiful.
We went from a 30” electric stove to this one, and we couldn’t be happier. The only thing that could be an issue, is if you want to bring a very small pot to a boil. The flames tend to over shoot the small pots, causing the sides of the pot to burn if not careful. If you turn the gas down so the flames are just under the small pot, the flames aren’t big enough to boil the contents of the small pot.

Perfect gas/electric stove

Fits great in our new white kitchen! Love the gas on top and electric convection in baking. Cleans up easy. The polished bronz is a great accent!

We renovated our kitchen and purchased the Cafe line of appliances. So far we love the dual fuel range. Only wish is that it would be offered with 4 burners and a griddle like the Monogram one instead of 6 burners

Gas Smell

We had our new range installed on 12/10/20 and from the get go had a faint smell of gas. Fast forward a few weeks and the smell became really pronounced. Had the installers from the company we purchased the range from come out and we're told it was an internal issue and that we had to call GE ourselves to get one of their technicians to look at it. Customer service was good, and the repairman came out the next day. After inspection, it was found that all six of the valves for the burners were leaking, and thus the range is inop until replacement parts come in, whenever that may be. Extremely disappointed with this type of issue, considering not only the money we spent on the range, but for this type of quality defect. Hopefully the rest of our Cafe purchases hold up longer than this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
