Disappointed

Bought microwave when we built our house in 2017. 4 years later having to replace due to fire hazard concern. When we open the door, before first time use or getting hot food out, the rotating tray keeps turning and the fan is on. As soon as we close the door the rotating tray and fan turn off as expected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had 2 of these units stop working.

Purchased this product with a new home in 2018, product failed in 2020. Purchased an identical one in 2020, just failed in 2023. From troubleshooting, possible that Magnetron component failed, as in both instances, the unit turns on as if to heat, heat nothing ever heats up. Poor quality product, DO NOT PURCHASE

Junk Microwave

the Microwave come from the builder 2020.
now it has a loud humming and vibration noise, it is a very short life for high end microwave.
customer service tell me to purchase a new one.

Do not buy

This was the microwave that came with our brand new built house in 2020. It just started having issues. The microwave will not turn off now. When I close the door it just keeps running.

Poor quality product

Microwave came with the new home. The button to open the door stopped working properly at about 2 years old. This was with light use in a 2 person household. Soon after the microwave stopped working at all (black screen). Total lemon.

Whirlpool Microwave Stopped

Bad product from Whirlpool. New construction house bought in November 2022 and this came with the house. The item has stopped working with the door error. Extremely the worst.

RUN AWAY FAST!

This was an UPGRADE in a new build house. We are not "microwave people", so it didn't get even regular use. Even with that it has shut down and refuses to heat. We bought this from a high end appliance dealer, and trust me when I say that they are being told to NEVER recommend this to anyone!

Dangerous Product

Do not purchase this product. We bought it while building our home and noticed several burn marks on the ceiling. Recently, it wouldn't turn off and ended up shorting out and burning out altogether. This is a dangerous product that should be removed from the market immediately.
