Works well, but makes loud popping sounds

We bought it new, and it has worked well for us. My complaint is that it makes fairly loud popping or knocking sounds several times per hour. Frigidaire says these sounds are normal operation and not to worry. We have NEVER heard these kinds of sounds from refrigerator before, but it's supposed to be "normal". We'll see.

Its okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is very small. The refrigerator actually has more room than expected. But the refrigerator overall is very loud for some reason. My old machine when it was "going", sounded as loud as this but not before.
I would recommend this to a friend!

With the newer high-efficiency design you will experience sounds you were not previously familiar with, with a refrigerator purchased years ago. Please review the Normal Operating Sounds and Sights in your owner’s manual. Your variable speed compressor is designed to run 100% of the time except during the defrost cycle. Two month old refrigerator, three service calls

I bought a Frigidare Gallery refrigerator two months ago. THREE service calls already. Had sound pads installed on first service call. Second service call had silicone put into FOUR corners of refrigerator. Also had additional sound pads put on second service call. Had lots of ice build up in freezer (did not leave door open). Took pictures of ice buildup. Yesterday had third service call, gaskets had to be completely replaced on both freezer and refrigerator sections. I am very upset that I have had THREE service calls on a TWO MONTH OLD NEW REFRIGERATOR. I will never buy another FRIGIDARE product.
