Love This Fridge!

2nd fridge that failed me in a row

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one and stop cooling in the first week, technician came and told me that a part needs to be replaced, i told him im going to exchange it, i did exchange it for this one and now this one is freezing in the fridge side, I haven’t reported because of the pandemia ect but im really disappointed with these fridges when the pandemia ends ima have to call again to see whats wrong with it again

We appreciate your feedback, Omar 79! We are saddened to learn that you have had to deal with this. Especially during these difficult times. We want to make sure you are helped. If you are experiencing frost in your refrigerator section, start by turning the temperature up by 1 to 2 degrees. Allow 24 hours for adjustment to fully take effect. The factory suggested temperature settings for the refrigerator is 37 degrees and 0 degrees for the freezer. However, acceptable operating temperatures for the refrigerator are 33 degrees to 47 degrees and -6 degrees to 6 degrees for the freezer. Be sure that you can see the vents located toward the back and sometimes sides of the unit. There should be no food items in contact with vents as these items will disrupt airflow and cause food to freeze. Items should only be within an inch of these vents or airports. Also, please keep in mind that if the weather is hot and humid, the rate of frost buildup may increase. Lastly, be sure that your door is fully closed. Love how fast ice is made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this refrigerator in January and as of today I have not one complaint. It cools fast and freezes quickly. Our family favorite feature is the ice maker, it keeps up the the demand of this 6 family household!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this unit delivered about 3 weeks ago, very happy with it. Love the LED lighting and the direct temperature settings. You select the temperature that you want, versus warmer or cooler.
