It’s decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple weeks ago. There have been a few issues with it. One issue is everything keeps freezing in the chill drawer, even after changing the temperature in it.

WORST PRODUCT EVER

I bought this less than 2 months ago and have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS since. One of the door shelves cracked right in half within the first week. There was only three bottles on it at the time. ANYTIME YOU GET ICE IT GETS CLOGGED AND I MEAN EVERYTIME . You then have to fish your hand up a tiny hole to try and yank the ice that's stuck while more is piling up. Once you open the freezer door there will be a pile of ice that goes ALL OVER your kitchen and surrounding rooms. I have tried to call numerous times and the lines gets disconnected after I am told that "there are too many callers try back later". I never should have settles for this brand DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Please see the pictures for reference

Ice Dispenser is Horrible

The ice dispenser on this model is terribly designed. It jams at least half of the time we use it. When it jams, it will just keep pushing ice forward until you open the freezer door to stop it. Then, when you try and clear it out, you end up with ice all over the kitchen floor. What's worse, is if you don't realize it is jammed and switch to water mode and start dispensing water, it will lock into on mode and keep dispensing water until you open the freezer door. Then, you end up with water all over the kitchen floor. I think the whole problem could be solved if the cubes were designed smaller.

Not bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to go to a smaller refrigerator because of the size of the space allotted for the fridge. I thought we would miss the space we once had, but now we don’t even notice it. We love our stainless steel no smudge fridge. The only thing we have to wipe down at times is the fridge handle, other than that it’s great!
