Great Temperature Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the side-by-side arrangement. It fits well in our kitchen. The food all stays at the correct temperature. I like the ice and water dispenser in the freezer door. The ice sometimes gets stuck in the shoot and sometimes it dispenses crushed ice instead of cubed, so that could be improved. The drawers in the bottom of the fridge side work well, but they are hard to get in and out when there is a lot of weight on the shelf above them.

Decent Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge works well overall but the first time we had to change the water filter it was hard to get out and once we did the new filter wouldn’t latch into place due to the latching device being faulty so we can’t use the feature.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my new home. Refrigerator opening was smaller than my other homes, but this has plenty of space. Only drawback...frozen pizza has to be angled to fit in freezer. No finger prints on front surface either which is great for stainless.

Very noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator since January 7th and I am not happy. It makes loud noises all the time; popping and gurgling and when it fills the ice maker it sounds like it could spray across my kitchen; I can hear the noise at the other end of my house!! To get ice to come out of the ice maker, you have to shake the bin very hard EVERY time to break up the cube or they jam in the shute. Would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

To keep ice from sticking together and jamming the ice chute, be sure to occasionally shake the ice container to keep ice separated. Remember, if your ice maker is jamming with small ice cubes or it’s been six months or longer since you last changed your water filter replace the water filter with a new one. We understand that noise is also a concern. Your high-efficiency refrigerator comes with various normal sounds of operation. Normally, these noises indicate your unit is functioning as it should. Note that some surfaces such as floors, walls, kitchen cabinets, and even some floor plans may make these sounds more noticeable. Here is some troubleshooting to familiarize yourself with the common sounds you may encounter such as popping and gurgling.

Ice machine
