Horrible ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice crush/cube is always getting jammed. It is incredibly frustrating as we use try to use this feature everyday. I wish we could exchange the fridge for one that has water and ice dispenser separate.

Hi, Jennifer56! We thank you for bringing your ice dispenser concerns to our attention. If the ice storage bin gets too full or isn't used often enough, slight melting and refreezing may cause ice cubes to stick together in clumps, making it impossible to dispense them. Shaking the ice container to loosen up the ice can alleviate this matter.

Very average appliance

I thought I was getting a nice frig without breaking the bank. I wish I had made a different choice. 2 service calls for uneven temps inside the frig- everything frozen in the produce drawer. This is somewhat resolved, but it's a design issue, so it will never be perfect. I ignored the reviews about it being noisy--- oops. The motor sounds like an airplane taking off at times. The pull out mechanism is sensitive and sometimes the whole frig will pull out when you are just trying to open it with one hand. Stupidest thing of all? The handles are not finger print proof stainless. So, while the rest of the frig is very easy to keep clean, the handles always look terrible. When service guy was out, he described this as a "builder grade appliance". Would not buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several months ago and love it! My only complaint it the ice gets caught up sometimes. And the crisper drawer has frozen some carrots and fruit but I’m sure we can adjust temp to help that.
