Great Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase was to replace a 30 year old KitchenAid refrigerator that I loved but it was time to update our kitchen. We decided on the Frigidaire Gallery collection. The refrigerator is 3" deeper and 3" higher than my old side by side and the extra interior storage is incredible. The icemaker is a lot smaller which increases freezer capacity without sacrificing ice production. Temperature controls are easy to set and freezer/refrigerator temperatures are very accurate. Really like it so far - let's see what the next 30 years bring!

Great Refrigerator

We had a French door with bottom freezer model previously and I was a bit worried if this new one would be large enough. We have found there is plenty of space. I love the side by side model for the freezer because now I can see everything! We enjoy the water/ice dispenser, however, the ice dispenser is a tad aggressive and often a few pieces end up on the floor. I wish it would fit a tall water bottle, but we are making it work. It looks great and fits perfectly in our small kitchen. Overall we are pretty happy with our purchase!

Looks can be deceiving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very good looking refrigerator. but beyond the good looks, we are unhappy with this model. First we had a problem with temperature setting. The main section was either too warm or everything froze. We finally, after much trial & error, found a compromise setting. Your ice dispenser seems designed to dispense one ice cube or 500 cubes at a time, nothing in between. Plus your aim is off. It is not unusual for cubes to shoot out at a wild angle and land on the floor. Lastly, I'm disappointed that the water from the water dispenser is basically ambient temperature. It would have bee nice to pre chill the water.
As I said- looks good, but we will do more research before we purchase another refrigerator.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously had a LG refrigerator which malfunctioned twice in 5 short years. After the second time, the repairman suggested purchasing anything other than an LG or Samsung (the most popular at the box stores). We stuck with a reliable name and are so far very happy with the results. It's only been about a month but we like the side-by-side features. Easy to see food in the fridge and the freezer. The shelves on the doors are deep enough to hold milk and juice bottles. The fridge makes tons of ice and the simple design to switch from water to cubed ice to crushed ice on the door is nice. All in all, a good fridge.
