Upside down bottom

The bottom of our cabinet must be assembled upside down in order to get the holes to line up. Looks like either the holes need to be corrected or the bending needs to be reversed. If anyone there actually assessed the problem I believe there is a simple solution to the problem. In the mean time we have ours assembled with a very inconvenient bottom. As far as a recommendation goes, yes if the problem was solved and everyone with a botched unit received a replacement bottom, otherwise NO.

Horrible assembly instructions, unless you like spending 3 plus hours building a cabinet. Very very confusing. Lastly, I wish the locking mechanism would also be applied to the bottom, in order to make it a little more secure.

Useless bottom of cabinet

The bottom of this cabinet (inside) has all of the threaded supports for either the wheels or leveling feet protruding up into the cabinet. Doesn't even come with covers to cover them up. So about 20 percent of the bottom cannot be used.
I would still recommend it but that issue should be resolved, for past and future customers.

Manufacturing Defect in the Bottom shelf

My gladiator steel modular gearbox cabinets do not have the correct bottom shelf. It is manufactured upside down and therefore does not have a smooth bottom shelf like all my other cabinets. Very disappointing and hoping we can get a new shelf that creates a smooth bottom shelf that can be used

Poor Quality Control

I bought TWO of these cabinets. I didn't read any reviews prior to my purchase and I have been suffering for a couple of years now with the upside down bottom cabinet, not realizing that it was a known issue. I tried every which way to fix it, but it was impossible. I ended up putting the shelf over the bolts sticking up, but then that leaves me with no shelf. I wish I had read the reviews prior - I would not have bought these.

Materials are good quality. The top drawer does not open fully, which is a bit frustrating and should be an easy improvement with different sliders. The base of the cabinet is designed to be installed with the flat surface facing the ground, which is nonsensical. That means inside the cabinet, there are nuts and variations in the surface which means you don't get full use of the interior shelf. I'm still waiting for a replacement base, which comes off another cabinet. It's nice they are providing this free of charge, but it's puzzling why they designed only this cabinet with an upside down base. It has also been a couple months and my casters sill haven't arrived...
