Unusable bottom shelf. Drawer does not open fully.

Bottom of cabinet is manufactured wrong. It has to be installed upside down. Very thin metal - explains why they don't mention gauge. Drawer does *not* open fully, contrary to specifications.

I purchased two of these cabinets with the wheel attachments for each. The bolts for attaching the wheels did not fit, having issues with the threads and bolt length. The bolts were falling out so I needed to buy new bolts before I could assemble. Each of the cabinets had bent corners on several panels that need to be straightened before they could be assembled. Poor quality for the price! I expected more front he Gladiator line.

You get what you pay for

There is a reason these RTA cabinets are one-third the price of the Premier series. You get what you pay for. Out of 10 cabinets I ordered, two had to go back because they were so damaged INSIDE the sealed, undamaged box, there was no way they could be assembled. And two more had minor damage that I was able to get by with because the damage couldn't be seen. The metal is like tin foil. You can bend it with your fingers. Another big problem is that they are not dimensioned properly. When you take into account the protruding assembly hardware, they are close to 28-1/2" wide. And since the bolt heads are in the same place, you end up with an ugly gap between cabinets if you set them next to each other. I had 133" of width, so I ordered 3 of these plus the larger locker, which is supposed to be 48". They're all oversized, so even with 1" to spare, they won't fit. Returning them isn't an option at this point, so my plan is to drill out the holes and bolt them together. That will get rid of the gap between them and hopefully get me enough space back to install them properly. The other, albeit minor, gripe, is with the adjustable feet. They should have a way to do it from inside the cabinet, e.g. a hex key slot in the top of the bolt. Trying to adjust the rear feet from underneath is a joke. But they look good and they have that nice Gladiator badge, so two stars and I would only recommend them as an extreme low-end choice because you couldn't buy or make cabinets for less.

Was expecting better quality

I was shocked at how flimsy the pieces of this unit are. When I was getting the pieced out of the box, a few of them fell just 6 inches and were damaged. This wasn't a good start to my experience. The directions to assemble the unit were poorly written (seems to be a problem with anything anymore) and the drawings were to generic for any detail. I am not an engineer, but I am also able to follow instructions and they were definitely lacking. I also own a Gladiator rack system, which I am very happy with. It is like these 2 units were made by a different company with regards to quality and sturdiness.

These look pretty good, just don't expect a solid unit. I bought these to avoid the high price of the welded premier line and regret it. the metal on the sides and bottom is pretty flimsy and as another user posted, the leg screws sticking up through the bottom make me think these weren't thought out too well. For the price not sure you'll find much better however.

Dissappointing bottom shelf

Verified Purchase:No
I bought the cabinet about a week ago, and during assembly noticed that mounts for the legs or casters protrude through on the bottom shelf so you do not have a completely even surface reducing the storage space, other than that not too bad of a cabinet but a bit pricey.

Great paint finish, can't square the drawers

I tried every trick in the book to get the front of the drawer to be flushed with the front of the cabinet and the bottom always sticks out further. My only complaint. The cabinet is spacious and versatile. The paint seems to be resistant to normal everyday use. For the price we paid, I was not expecting this and it should not happen.
