Great Smoker!!

I purchased this as a Father's Day gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. I was able to put it together as a surprise in approximately 30 minutes, with no problem. We have used it every weekend since and will continue to do so through out the year. We are a barbeque/smoker family and happy to have this unit!!

Works great

I bought this a few months ago and finally got to try it out. I smoked 2 racks of St Louis ribs, usually on my other smoker takes about 6 hours. This took less than 5hrs. Reason, I could not get this smoker below 275 degrees, They came out very good. But I cannot get the heat down to 200-225 degrees. Other than that works very well, leaks a lot of smoke. Needs sealed.

Love this Smoker

After researching many smokers I chose this one and so glad I did. We love smoked Salmon and it was the first thing I did. I had to call customer service a couple of times the first time used the smoker and they were a great help. Not only did they answer my question about using the smoker but they helped me with how to smoke the salmon. One thing I did have to call about was how hot the smoker got by putting 75 pieces of charcoal in it to do the first firing. I would recommend using about half that amount. I have used the smoker every weekend since purchasing it and love the ease of use. I have found that lump charcoal works much better then regular brickets. That was also a recommendation from the customer service rep I talked too. For the money I am very happy with my choice of this unit and like most people I love a company that has a customer service department that knows their products and are willing to help when you call them.

Just picked it up 2 weeks ago. Seasoned it well. I have cooked chicken, a rack of ribs and smoked corn on the cob in it. All came out great.
Did alot of research online before I bought it and found nothing bashing it. All said it was a great smoker and it is.
Have a few leaks I have to fix but thats all part of buying a new smoker and seasoning it

Made some beef jerky and smoked a pork tenderloin at the same time. Temp controls well 200 - 300 degrees could not get temp below 200 with existing dampers. will probably modify the upper. suggest adding a closeable hole for external temp probe lead.
