[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my oven for several weeks now and everything seems fine. It was very easy to install and looks beautiful. It does take a while to heat up but that was discussed in the manual. It is because I have the hidden heating elements. At this point, I am still experimenting with It. Ie. which rack to put the food on and what type of pan or tray to use. Many of the complaints that other buyers have described in my opinion, could have been solved or prevented if they just sat down and read the manual prior to using as I did. Again, it has only been a few weeks and the jury may still be out but everything has been great.
