very frustrated with FO45 error

Oven shuts down during preheat with F045 error. Happened shortly after install and continues to occur randomly and occasionally.

We would recommend shutting off power to the range at the circuit breaker for at least 30 seconds to reset the computer. If the error code continues to appear, please reach out to us by Live Chat on Frigidaire.com or by phone at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST so we can help with a resolution!
