Like it but don't love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to finally get a new oven, but I haven't been completely satisfied with my purchase. My biggest complaint is that the main section where I keep my top rack stationed is tighter than the rest of the oven, so the rack doesn't not slide in or out easily. It is very rough and isn't a good thing when I'm trying to check on a cake :(
It also takes forever to heat up it seems and I'm not sure that it heats evenly.
I do like the look of it though. It's so new and shiny :)

We recommend rubbing wax paper or spray a little cooking spray along the rack for easier gliding.
The oven also has a hidden bake element which can take up to 10-17 mins to heat to the set temperature.

Great Ovens - clean look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these ovens after my 17 year old Whirlpool double ovens gave out on me. I love the look of these ovens both inside and out. It seems to take a bit to pre-heat so I'm having to get used to either programming when I want them to come on or just thinking far enough ahead that the time needed to pre-heat doesn't throw off the rest of the meal.
For those of us on the "seasoned" side of life - DO NOT PUT FOIL IN THE BOTTOM OF THESE OVENS. This point is clearly stated on the bottom of both ovens - but my sister-in-law didn't head the warnings and now has foil permanently fused to the bottom of her new oven. The lower element is hidden under the lower wall - which makes cleaning a breeze. The broiler has three elements at the top and really works fast - so pay attention if you turn the broiler on. My only complaint is how loud the fans are - but it is my understanding that the fans are necessary to keep the electronic display elements as cool as possible - hopefully adding life to the oven. Small issue to deal with. If it's cold outside (or in your house) just leave the oven door open for a bit after use and it cools off very quickly and the fans will cut off.

Easy to read controls
