Takes forever to preheat and then cool down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the look of this double oven. No problems with baking. It it takes about 15 minutes to get up to 350 degrees, even longer for higher temps. When you’re finished baking, the fan then stays on to cool the oven down—for another 15 minutes. I figured out if I open the oven door, it shuts off a lot quicker—but how safe is that with little kids?? It’s pretty noisy while the fan is cooling it down.

Also, some models are equipped with a cooling fan that runs during the cooking process to cool internal electronic components. It is normal for this fan to continue to run for an extended period of time, even when the oven has been turned off.
