[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven cooks very accurately temperature and time wise. I wish the interior lining were slightly lighter in color so it would be easier to see the food inside when the light is on. Perhaps a slightly brighter light?

Wall oven

The internal element design is not a positive for this oven. It takes too long for the oven to heat up. The fan design is too noisy and stays on constantly when oven is in use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We hate that you are not fully satisfied with the design of your wall oven and thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
The fan will come on to distribute the heat evenly in your oven and will still run after, to cool the oven down. Also, the preheating can take anywhere between 15-20 minutes, which is normal.
If you are experiencing a longer preheat time or the fan becomes bothersome, do not hesitate to contact us at 1-888-203-1389 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 9am-6pm EST at your convenience.
