Great Double Oven

first want to start off by talking about the fan noise. maybe its that i don't know any better but its really not that loud like some of the other reviews state. My Wife loves it and if its good enough for her then its good enough. yes i'm sure there are other that are 100 times better out there IF you want to pay for them. we did not and are very happy with this one. we replaced our 20 year old one that quit working. I would recommend this to any one that is looking to upgrade or just a simple replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about six weeks ago to replace a double wall oven that would not keep a steady temperature. This oven is doing the same thing, but not as bad. Once oven heats up and food is quickly put in oven, as long as the oven door is NOT opened during cooking it stays to within 5 degrees of set temperature. If a dish is removed to add another dish to bake, the oven temperature falls to 25 degrees below set temp and NEVER comes back up to set temp. I will reset the temperature and then it goes up 25 to 50 degrees above selected temperature. I am VERY disappointed!!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with so many others, dead on arrival with the typically F11 error. Not only did this occur 2 days before Thanksgiving (ergo RUINING my Thanksgiving dinner) but once they finally got someone out who diagnosed it as needing to replace the entire control panel. Still waiting for an alleged part being shipped. Better be fixed and not ruin Xmas Frigdaire; else you will be taking this thing back and refunding ALL of my money.

I had this oven installed around 10/13/20. 12/1/20 I went to use the top oven and it gave an error code and would not come on. Service came out and figured it was the cooling fan and part is ordered. Last night I was using the bottom oven and turned it to broil and it gave an error code and shut off. So within 2 months it has broke on me twice. More service visits means more time missing work. Who's going to pay for that? I want this junk out of my house! I have no confidence in this thing lasting 25 years like my last oven. All my appliances are Frigidaire but this will be the last one I ever purchase. Why can't they make things like they use to?

I purchased this oven as part of a full kitchen appliance refresh. it was installed just in time for major holiday so good opportunity to test it out. after reviewing the owners manual and processing all the recommended steps we did a full day prep cooking and found that the fan never shuts off its very loud and runs constantly. eight h ours of cooking and the fan ran the entire time. food was burnt on the bottom, not cooked in the middle and we followed the troubleshooting guide, moved the rack up, reduced the temp etc. The store did an even exchange and the new one was installed recently. Same issue fan runs all the time, food is cooked unevenly or burnt and this oven has defects in the glass part of each oven door. the glass is not installed fully and the insulation is falling out. the oven is pretty but thats it.

It is normal for this fan to continue to run for an extended period of time, even when the oven has been turned off.
