Slow to heat!!

I like everything except for the amount of time it takes to heat up. I have been thinking I might need to contact the service department to see if I need to have it looked at.

Normal preheating can take anywhere from 7-14 minutes, while higher temperatures may take longer to preheat.

Best thing I ever did

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They told me that I could not change my microwave/ oven to a double oven and I said bull that is what I want I seen the 27" white double oven and I had to have it and I got it the store Appliance Showroom Made it happen for me. I just love, love love it there is not anything that I don't like it is amazing wonderful fantastic thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this double oven two weeks ago. So far so good it does the job. I never have to add more minutes when baking or cooking something in it. If the baking directions say 23 to 28 minutes; 23 minutes works perfect. I never have to add extra minutes to the baking or heating time. Hopefully it'll last longer than our old one only, which lasted four and a half years. Our old double oven was a different brand.

Cooks evenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed about three weeks ago. It cooks evenly, but takes a long time to preheat. It still has a strange smell even after cleaning the interior and running several burn off cycles. The black display panel shows fingerprints and smudges easily. Even with these drawbacks, I would still god this oven again.
