[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the color! Love that it doesn't make a lot of noise when finished, just a dignified chime. The lid doesn't pop all the way open on its own, so when filling it, you have to pry it up by hand OR fill through the spout. Also, the water gauge is hiding under the handle making it very difficult to see when filling.

Best Electric Kettle Ever!

The KitchenAidElectric kettle is the best!
It heats very rapidly and efficiently.
The design and engineering are elegant (just like all of my other KitchenAid appliances).
Finally- the cherry red color makes it a thing of beauty.
I would recommend this to a friend!
