Some inexplicable design choices

I love the way it looks on the counter, and it works great! But I don't understand some of the design choices that were made. For instance, the temperature gauge and temperature control emphasize Celsius temps.You either have to do a conversion calculation yourself to set the slider, or look at the temp gauge (which BTW looks great but should be about twice as large as it is) to know what Fahrenheit temp you're setting it too. Also, having a sight glass that lets me know how much water is in the kettle is fantastic...but why is it hidden under the handle? Almost impossible to read when I'm holding the kettle(like when I'm filling it from the sink faucet and want to know how much water I'm adding :-p ).

This is a bad product, i just got it but they forgot to mention in the description that the lining inside is plastic. Hot water and plastic cannot be healthier, right?

Great product :)

Quickly heats water for coffee, tea, instant drinks, etc. Looks good. Works great. If you are not patient, this one's for you. It will have your water hot before you can fix your cup and additives. Easy to clean. Small space user with big capacity. Outside stays cool and cord stays with base. Only way to get it better is with a butler to serve tea.

I love how fast this kettle heats up, but the inside looks discolored on the bottom. I’m not sure if it’s rust or what.I took 1.5 stars off for this. I also deducted another 2.5 stars for not refunding my account after I returned one of the two kettles I ordered. I ended up filing a claim with my credit card company. They gave me a courtesy credit while trying to pursue kitchen aid for the balance. It’s been four months, and they still haven’t issued the credit. I’m thankful my credit card company provided this service.

Great high speed kettle.

The Pro Line Kettle heats to boiling in about 6 minutes at max fill. It has variable temperatures that are accurate for different applications. It also looks very nice next to my Pro Line mixer of the same color.

In love with this!

I bought this last year when it was on a Christmas sale. I didnt plan on spending this much on a tea kettle, but I am SO HAPPY that I did. I am an avid tea drinker and would normally make my tea in the microwave or on the stove at 40 degrees. But this tea kettle has a tea setting and I notice the difference. I love the speed and accuracy of this tea kettle and actually use it to help with my cooking. As far as the build of it, it is really sturdy and very well made. I would say so far it is worth the money.

Bought this a few months ago and I must say it is by far my favorite kitchenaid product shhhhh! (Don't tell my mixer that I said that) ;) it's used by the whole family even my teenager
