Fast and awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this for a few weeks now, can't believe I haven't bought an electric kettle sooner. It's so much faster and safer than stovetop. I love the temperature progress meter on the base and the cute "b ong" noise it makes. The retro styling is pretty cool, too. Some people have complained the water level window is hard to read but I don't feel that way about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent some time reviewing the measurements, functions and looks with a lot of others that the customer service person was sharing with me. He did like the gooseneck one I however was limited by space restrictions on my counter. ILOVE this tea kettle, if one can say that about having their cup of tea and some hot water. This model is my utmost favorite in every way, it was my Christmas present to myself.

2 Kettles bought, Both bases work, 1 kettle broke

These 2 kettles were purchased over 5 years ago. I am the new House and Events Mgr for an Event site in Napa CA. I just opened the original shipped box, in this box was 2 brand new, unopened kettles-Yippee! I hold public and private teas, and many other culinary/wine events, at my work place, and I was very excited to add the newest KitchenAid appliance to all the other top of the line appliances I use regularly. Unfortunately, one of the kettles does not work. The 2 bases & 1 kettle works perfectly. I have tried for 3 hours to reach customer service, no luck!
If someone from KitchenAid service department can please reach out to me I would appreciate it!

Outside of kettle does not get so hot it burns you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I love it! It's beautiful to look at, and the outside doesn't get hot, just warm, so you don't burn your hands if you touch it. The only negative is that it may be a bit too heavy for anyone with joint/arthritis issues.

It is well insulated so it keeps the temperature for quite some time! Looks great! It was an amazing addition to my amazing KitchenAid kitchen!
