Kettle is great. Love the capacity to choose the temperature of the water. Service was fantastic when there was a small issue with delivery.

Easy to use and a lot quieter than our previous kettle. Of course we love the colour but wish there was a matching toaster. We love that it feels balanced when you fill it up and pour water from the spout. After having a kettle that was too Hogh tech and one that was too hard to pour and fill - this kettle is just right

It seems to be a good kettle but with some flaws

I like this kettle and for now I think it was a good purchase however at the price point I would expect fewer items in the room for improvement.
Good points:
- It is very quiet compared to other kettles
- I like the temperature slider (I didn't think I would)
- It looks good
Room for improvement:
- The lid! Not sure what it is about kitchenaid and lids but it is flimsy, doesn't engage well with the catch and doesn't spring all the way up.
- The start button could do with being a little more around the front/obvious (our babysitter couldn't figure out how to turn it on)
- Colour, while I like the colour of this kettle it doesn't match the colour of any of the other Kitchenaid products.
- It is very quiet compared to other kettles

I bought this kettle a month ago because as an avid tea drinker you want that temp control. I also wanted something stylish. This ticks all the boxes. It's also super quite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this kettle 2 years ago. We’ve absolutely loved it. Recently the front dial has been playing up and with only a 2 year warranty this is not covered. Love it but for the price would have thought the warranty would be more.
