[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to spend this much money on a toaster, but am glad I did. All I have to do is put the toast in and it starts automatically. When it's perfectly done, it chimes and pops up. If I don't get to it right away, it will pull it back down and go into keep warm mode.
