Very good toaster, very heavy, look very well made. had to play a little with settings to get the toast to my liking. From that point on toast comes out the same every time, so does other breads. A little pricey but worth it to get good results.

I received this toaster as a Christmas gift. I love the color (red) and we have other Kitchen Aid products, however I have not been happy with this toaster. We have to set it on the highest (darkest) setting and even then the toast is not toasted well. It's like it is warming the bread but not actually toasting it.

I love my new toaster. This thing does everything. You just drop in the bread/bagel and it does the rest.

Man! I really want this toaster. I am big on brand loyalty. I have their commercial stand mixer, Juicer, hand blender, juicer and many hand mixers. The only problem is that I've gone through 3 of their 2 slot toasters in 3 years. I'm having trouble buying this more expensive one. It's gorgeous though!

It burns the bottom of the English muffins, while the majority is medium cooked. It even begins to smoke due to the blacken lower part of the muffin, have to throw away 1/4 of the muffin due to it being black charcoal
