The grinder is of superior quality, however the glass receiving container is very fragile. That should be replaced with something substantial to all of us that purchased this VERY expensive grinder. Mine has already broken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grinder has reliably provided a Consistent grind, with little dust, as well as stayed within a gram for a normal 20 sec batch of press or drip coffee. You supply the timer, but the grinder is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful. I got the red one. Stands proud and I really like the industrial styling and the size isn't too big. I make coffee for the stovetop Mocka, pour overs, coffee press and espresso. easy to adjust and I like it a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had mine now about 3 weeks. My first setting was too fine. A quick turn of the dial 2 notches and voila! Perfect. This thing is built to last and you can feel it as you take it out of the box. It has no unnecessary features. It does what you'd expect a good grinder to do. And it looks good too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Qaulity , great product and kitchenaid hasn't changed there commitment to workmanship since I've been a kid. I'm 60 years of age and remember when I went to my grams and saw her use her mixer, then my mom buying one in red and how they both used it regularly. Just was amazed kitchenaid didn't skimp on that old trademark of looks and weight in there design like other manufacturers did after 50 years of making similar products..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Difficult to use. Must get previous grinds out before use grinder the next time. It doesn't grind all the coffee beans as my less expensive grinder did. Both of them grind until I thought all of the beans were gone. If you don't do that, the grinder won't work
