[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this grinder for about a month now. It was purchased to replace my previous burr grinder. I was very happy with how much faster it worked to grind the beans and how the grind affected the flavor of my coffee. Like most burr grinders it does make some noise, but the grinding goes quickly so it's not a problem for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gets the Job Done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having dealt with a blade grinder that would leave me with nonuniform coffee grounds, I decided to level up and buy a burr grinder. Once I got over the sticker shock, I justified the expense knowing it would make my coffee-making process easier and brew tastier. It's not the quietest appliance out there, and the static cling of the coffee grounds isn't completely eliminated. But it's a reliable product made from the quality materials we've known and come to expect from KitchenAid. And it looks gorgeous on my countertop too!

Superb performer

I admit to being a coffee purist. Probably my recent purchase of a commercial coffee roaster would bear this out. The roaster provides me with amazing finished beans from all over the world.
Early in my coffee journey, I learned that great coffee beans are useless without a proper grind. I tried several coffee grinders, only to end up with irregular sized grounds that were full of static electricity. But over twenty years ago, I discovered the brilliantly designed, quality built, KitchenAid ProLine grinder. Such a performer!! It produces even sized grounds, with no static electricity. At around year 17, I replaced the burrs. That’s been the only maintenance I’ve performed on this flawless machine. And the delicious coffee I’ve enjoyed over twenty years would have been far less enjoyable had I not found this machine. Needless to say, I recommend the KitchenAid ProLine coffee grinder wholeheartedly!

I LOVE this burr grinder!! It looks so professional.....works great....I had no idea there was anything out there like this. Its a conversation piece because NOONE has ever seen one like it. So well thought out and down the line EASY to clear out the burr gears. BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT
