The piano was so adorable. Unfortunately it was damaged when I opened it. The keyboard was very loose and the notes were off key. I'm still waiting for the company to decide if they'll pay for return shipping.

It's okay but have problems with a couple keys.

Setting this up for Christmas morning and a little disappointed. The piano sounds really off/outta tune but even further than that the middle E key and the black key by it between D and E both make no sound. It's cute and I think my daughter will like it overall but unsure how she will react with the soundless keys.

Was hoping for better quality for the price of this piano

The piano looks great at a distance but I was really expecting better quality for the price. The keys are slightly crooked and flimsy, and a couple of the keys do not work at all. Most of the keys that do work sound out of tune. Purchased for my little one for Christmas and am disappointed with the deficiencies. Although my son is still a bit young, I was hoping this product would last several years so he could learn to play when ready. Seeing the quality I'm not too sure it will last very long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

make a timpani and couple keys that bad :(

If you could make a timpani for this I would test it. Also there isn't that many keys. Also also, is there any keys for it, like the grand piano? those things for hitting the strings. Also also also, the B and C play together when I HIT B!!!! 5 times. They don't have pedals for sustain! How do I stop the keys?! Low notes maybe sound too rocky. The High High F sounds too babyish. when I hit top, notes still play. The side that has the most keys is in F. F. SERIOUSLY? ITS D# NOT E. THEY FORGOT KEY SIGNATURE. CASIO, ROCKSTAR, AND MORE IS BETTER THAN THIS DUMP
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed with purchase

I specifically question the quality of the grand piano on Instagram because if the bad reviews I read. I was assured they stand behind their product. Well, I received a defective piano that was originally retired by someone else and they turned around and sent it to me. I am beyond disgusted. The color coded key to attach to the piano does not have the sticker backs on it cause it was removed by prior customer. It has lint and styrofoam stuck to the open stickers. Also a key on the piano does not work!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i like the piano-however my daughter ripped to shreds the key guide you affix to piano.....how do i get a new one? perhaps in the future a plastic laminate sticker kind can be used?!?
